Deliverable 2.2 - Conference on the theory of visuality from the intercultural perspective

At the end of the first activity within the research project conducted in Szczecin, Poland the Conference on the Theory of Visuality from the Intercultural Perspective was organized. During the preceding weeks, researchers were sharing their knowledge as well as discussing various issues related to cultural, historical, personal, political, and economical perspectives of understanding visual communication in everyday life and in art. The Conference collected presentations by researchers participating in the project and collaborating within the subject of interest, showing the different educational, artistic, curatorial, sociological, and philosophical grasps on visual communication, iconic languages, and on art in various cultural and social conditions.
